Returns
How do I return an item?
Please email us at lyfy.christchurch@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to have returns processed within 1-3 business days, reversal of payment generally take about 5 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes they are all 100% authentic, sourced through official and trusted distributors of the brands.
Do you have a store I can visit?
This is a home based online store so unfortunately we do not have a store to visit, maybe one day!
