Please ensure all required info, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly to ensure the purchase is processed promptly and accurately.

When paying with Credit Card, all of the required information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

For pick up orders we will only hold your order for 24 hours while we work with you to organise a pick up time. If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours the order will be cancelled.

General

The prices of goods and deliveries on this site are current as they are being displayed. These prices may change without notice. We will always aim to be accurate with our pricing and product descriptions. 

In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days.

All your information is used in the strictest confidence. We do not record Credit card information for any reason and Keep all other information supplied private.
