The snails are placed over a mesh in a dark and quiet room, where they are left alone to freely roam the net and leave mucin in their trails. There is no external process applied or the mesh to force mucin production.
HOW TO USE:
- Use as the last step of skin care routine. Gently apply a proper amount on cleansed skin avoiding the eye and mouth area.
- Tap the area where the cream was applied gently in order for it to be absorbed along the skin texture.

We aim to have nationwide deliveries completed within 1-3 business days. Delays with the carriers or delays in Rural areas may occur. We take no responsibility for carrier delays, if significant delivery delays occur and you would prefer to cancel an order that is in transit please contact us directly at lyfy.christchurch@gmail.com and we can assist further. Signature will be required for deliveries.

Our shipping fees are fixed nationally for Urban centers, additional charges for Rural deliveries:

With the standard shipping method all orders will be sent out in a compostable courier bag, For an extra $2 or any orders over $80, Your order will be sent out in a Cardboard box made from recycled material.
